ACCOMMODATION SERVICE AGREEMENTThe subject of this Agreement is the accommodation service to be provided to the “CUSTOMER” by the “HOTEL” in return for the service fee to be collected from the CUSTOMER following the acceptance of the reservation request based on the accommodation demand notified by the CUSTOMER. This Agreement has been concluded between the parties under the following terms and conditions.
1. Terms of Accommodation Service1.1. The Customer agrees and undertakes to present identification information and documents to the Hotel Management and to sign the information notice provided by the Hotel Management upon check-in.
At check-in, the Customer’s identity and purchased service details shall be verified by the Hotel Authorities. The Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes that any legal and criminal liability arising from providing false and/or misleading information shall rest solely with the Customer.1.2. The Customer agrees and undertakes that they have read and approved the pre-information form delivered by the Hotel regarding the purchased service.
Upon the Customer and accompanying guests sending a written confirmation (via e-mail, message, etc.) that they accept the pre-information form, this Agreement shall enter into force and become legally binding upon the parties.1.3. The Customer accepts the accommodation conditions on behalf of accompanying persons and declares that consent has been obtained from such persons regarding the sharing of their personal data with the Hotel Management. The Customer bears full responsibility for sharing such personal data and undertakes to provide accurate mandatory information (such as full name, ID number, nationality). The Customer also undertakes to inform accompanying persons about the pre-information notice and acknowledges legal liability in case of non-compliance.
1.4. The Customer is solely responsible for their luggage and its contents and acknowledges that the Hotel and its employees shall bear no legal or criminal liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. The Customer undertakes not to raise any claims in this regard.
1.5. The Customer undertakes to comply with applicable laws and customs. The Customer shall not endanger the life or property of other guests, employees, or third parties and shall be personally liable for any material or moral damages arising from unlawful acts. In such cases, the Hotel may terminate the service without refund. The Customer undertakes to immediately compensate any damages caused.
1.6. The Customer undertakes to personally pay for any extra food & beverages, personal expenses, and services not included in the accommodation scope.
1.7. In reservations where age-based pricing applies, the Hotel accepts the Customer’s declaration as accurate. Age verification shall be conducted at check-in. In case of discrepancy, the Customer undertakes to pay the price difference.
1.8. Check-in time is 15:00 at the earliest and check-out time is 12:00 at the latest, regardless of arrival or departure time.
1.9. Children aged 12 and under are prohibited from entering the pool without a guardian. All responsibility rests with the guardian/Customer.
2. Contract Price and Payments2.1. All prices are non-refundable. No refund shall be made for cancellations caused by the Customer.
2.2. If payment is made via online reservation system, the Customer shall enter their own credit card details. If another person’s card is used, responsibility lies solely with the Customer. No refund shall be made by the Hotel.
The Customer shall present the credit card used or a copy of its front side at check-in.
The Hotel shall not be liable for damages resulting from the Customer’s own errors during online payment.2.3. The reservation becomes final upon full payment. If payment is not completed, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2.4. If the bank refuses payment or processes a chargeback due to unauthorized use (not caused by the Hotel), the Customer shall be liable for the amount plus legal interest.
2.5. The accommodation service is subject to 10% VAT.
3. Miscellaneous ProvisionsCommunication details provided by the Customer must be accurate. Legal disputes shall be resolved under applicable laws and jurisdiction rules. Address changes must be notified in writing.
4. Personal Data ProtectionPersonal data shared may be transferred to affiliated companies, partners, suppliers, shareholders, and authorized authorities. The Customer accepts this in advance.
5. Confidentiality
The Customer may access the privacy notice at www.cosysuitehotel.com.All confidential information exchanged shall remain confidential except when required by law. This obligation remains valid indefinitely even after termination.
The Parties hereby accept and undertake this Agreement.
